Beci Falkenberg
Beci
is your all-around food enthusiast. She developed a curiosity and
appreciation for good food while growing up working in her family's
Chinese restaurant business. That experience also convinced her never
to open her own restaurant. Her previous globetrotting years in the
travel industry fed her appetite for adventure and culinary exploration.
She has pursued her interest in the culinary arts by assisting at
Atlanta cooking schools, taking specialized food courses at the Institute
for Culinary Education in New York and in the culinary program at
the Art Institute of Atlanta, freelance food writing, and subjecting
her family to her endless test kitchen meals. She believes that food
is connected to every aspect of life and culture. Her guests represent
a broad spectrum of the food world from cookbook authors, food writers,
chefs, culinary industry experts, and seasoned home cooks. Beci is
a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals
and the Atlanta Chapter of American Women in Radio and Television.
